POS 2000 Professional/3000 software provides comfortable and efficient operation on the machine. The POS database contains data and settings of details – with a simple touch of the screen, the operator can set the necessary angles and shelves of the manufactured profile. All the operations performed on the machine are displayed on the screen in real time: the bending point, the tool and the workpiece. For remote programming, there is a process simulation function – thus, the probability of manufacturing defects and downtime is practically excluded.

The 3D Visualization function (POS 3000) is an additional tool to ensure the continuity of the production process. The junior model range of SCHRODER machines (MAK II, MAK 3, MAK V and MAKV S) is equipped with a nano Touch control system with an alphanumeric interface that displays all operating parameters on the screen. The control of the upper beam, the bending panel and the system of stops is carried out by means of frequency converters.
